The Role
As one of the first executives to join the project, you will be in a unique position to impact the company’s development. In this role, you will be the CEO of all our DACH operations (other teams will cover France, Italy, Spain and UK). You will create the leading player of online collectibles trading in your country, recruit and manage a team of top talents and become the reference for other country teams.
There are millions of collectors in the DACH area, let’s bring them onboard and bring fun into building their collection!
Your team of Category Managers will be in charge of developing and growing each category of collectibles (ex: Gaming, Pop, Sports, Fashion), so we’re also looking for a passionate personality committed to:
- Set-up the go-to-market strategy for each new category opening
- Build KPIs and manage your team accordingly
- Share knowledge and best practices with other Country Managers
